Editorial Revisions & Corrections Policy

Protocol for processing peer citations, data corrections, and digital publication updates at BÆNN DA.

1. Commitment to Scientific Integrity

BÆNN DA upholds rigorous academic and scientific publication standards. As an open-access research repository without commercial physical product sales, our "returns and revisions" framework governs how readers, academic peers, and medical researchers may request content amendments, citation updates, and data revisions.

2. Protocol for Correction Submissions

If you identify any factual inaccuracy, broken clinical citation, or out-of-date biochemical data in any of our published monographs, we welcome your feedback. Please follow our 3-step submission protocol:

  1. Identify the Monograph: Note the article title, publication URL, and specific paragraph or data table.
  2. Provide Peer-Reviewed Evidence: Submit the alternative citation (e.g. PubMed PMID, DOI link, or clinical trial registry reference).
  3. Send to Editorial Desk: Email your submission to [email protected] with the subject line "Editorial Correction Request".

3. Review & Corrigendum Timeline

Upon receipt of a revision submission:

  • Our editorial review team, under the leadership of founder Hùng Trần Hoàng, will audit the submission within 5 business days.
  • If an error is verified, the article will be updated with a transparent Corrigendum Notice detailing the modification and timestamp.
  • Substantial revisions that alter clinical conclusions will include an explicit historical revision log at the conclusion of the paper.

4. Non-Applicability to Physical Merchandise

Because BÆNN DA does not sell physical merchandise, hardware, or consumer products, physical returns and shipping refunds are not applicable to our services. Access to all online educational assets is provided freely and openly.
